" I'm giving up; I'm giving up s l o w l y I'm blending in so you don't even k n o w me. Apart from this whole w o r l d that shares my fate. " - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - [/b]ichard chuckled, and shoved his best friend gently, just enough to make him sway, "You say that like its a bad thing." He smiled. "All right, so you've seen the historic Batcave. Now who's hungry? 'Cause I'm pretty sure we have enough homemade macaroni and cheese to feed an army of teenagers - by which means, just enough to feed Wally, and maybe Supey and me." He teased. Easing himself off the cot, waving off any suggestions of help, he faced the pair. "There's also an antiques gallery - aka the remnants of all Batman's passed missions. We could peruse through there if you guys feel like it." He motioned for them to follow and started towards the staircase, "Or we could tour this place after lunch. The Batcave is pretty self-explanatory, though." He grinned. It felt cool to be entertaining guests. Usually it was Bruce coordinating walks, tours of his many accomplishments at Wayne Enterprise, but never the Batman touring his many more, many more important, ventures as the masked vigilante. I'm giving up, I'm doing this a l o n e now, 'Cause I failed, and I'm ready to s h o w now - You showed me the way, and now I'm trying to g e t there. " I know to live you must g i v e your life away.

Wally felt thorn. Souvenirs of the Batman or Alfred's mac and cheese? How could Robin make him choose like this? Then again the cave, including all it's contents, was not going anywhere, and the delicious Macaroni and Cheese a la Alfred might just get cold. "I vote food and then awesome tour of everything!"
Less than a second later Wally was besides Conner, arm around the taller boy's shoulder, eyes shimmering like it was christmas. " Dude, just wait, this is gonna be the most glorious meal you will ever get. Unless you come back, and have something even better made by Alfred, but that's not the point." the redhead gave Superboys shoulder a squeeze before slapping him on the back, a grin now smeared across his face. " By the way Supey, you've only ever had M'gann's cooking and take out, right? Oh god you're gonna love this" Giving a little squeal of excitement, Wally zipped up to the stairs, past Robin, jumping slightly on the spot. It had been so long since he had had any Alfred-food, and the two others were just moving so slooooww!!

(( Hey guys, I'm a little concerned about folks other than Robin knowing about Alfred and letting people into the Batcave. The Batcave part is a little more believable, if maybe they came in blindfolded and such, but I'm not so sure Batman would be letting a bunch of kids know where it is. Not to mention, if they know the location of the Batcave and who Alfred is, then they know who BATMAN is in terms of secret identities. You see my problem here? I may bring Batman in shortly, by the way, but I think we need to hash this out before I do. Otherwise I can see Robin getting some major Bat-whooping. XD ))

(( Under my assumptions about the series, they just know where the cave is, and Batman's servant, who really doesn't have a secret identity. And since the creators leaked that Richard has already gone behind Bruce's back and told Wally who he was, then I'm just going with the idea that Wally knows about most things, and the only secret thing would be BM's identity. :3 But I do well see your point. Might we have to edit to blindfolding ? ))

(( But also you have Superboy with you as well, even if Wally DOES know, which I always saw as a bit of a plot hole. XD I still say Bats would tan BOTH their hides. I think the blindfolding idea is a good one for now.
I just have to figure out my entrance post for Bats now. @_@ It's been forever. I'm rusty. ))

[[Okay, I'll go back and modify posts tomorrow to include the blindfolding idea and retcon the coordinate sharing, assuming that Batman picked them up, perhaps? In the bat-jet?]]

(( Sounds good to me! It makes sense, since Robin was injured, for Bats to have picked them up. *tuts* Batman needs like, a Bat-minivan or something. XD ))

((So, does Wally just pick a ride from the bat or does he know where the cave is? He already ran Robin there in Missioning Abroad.))

(( Let's just assume he doesn't know where the cave is and that Batman picked them up both times. I can't imagine Bats letting Robin tell ANYONE where the cave is. It would be a major security breach, and considering how paranoid Batman is... Or Robin can get a Bat-whooping. XD ))

[[I just giggled when I remembered that for a time, Creeper actually qualified at a member of the Bat-Family. He knew the entrance codes and everything for the Batcave, and knew where it was. That was during the 70's, and they made it make a little more sense recently by making him an Outsider.
Anyway, on to the RP! I'll wait for the Bat-Post. C:]]

"You're not going anywhere," the voice echoed out over the cave like rolling thunder. He materialized out of the darkness before Wally, blocking off any further advance up the stairs. The visage of a monster, a bat turned man, or perhaps a man turned bat. Cold, emotionless eyes of icy white drilled into Wally's own, daring him to defy him. The last thing he needed was a loud mouthed, hyperactive child like Kid Flash knowing his secret identity, or worse, putting Alfred in danger by knowing about him. Once he was sure Wally had gotten the point that if he set foot out of the cave on his own that he would be in a world of pain, those slowly narrowing eyes raked across the cave to land on the one responsible for the entire mess. Robin. "I want a report, Robin, and I hope," he growled, sweeping down the stairs in a flurry of midnight cape and anger, "That you have a good explanation for all of this." Meaning, of course, why there were two children in his cave, running amuck, and why he had come home empty handed with two broken ribs. He stopped before one of the massive computers lining the lab of the cave, fingers flying deftly across the keyboard as he entered something in. What it was though, was anyone's guess, as the screen above remained blank. Probably a security measure. "And you," he said turning around at last to pin Kid Flash with another scalding, narrow eyed glare. "Will touch nothing." He had dealt with many a Speedster before, and they were always bad news in delicate situations, so to speak, or delicate labs and caves full of sensitive equipment. Especially underage speedsters. And then of course there was the other one. Superman's clone. He was dangerous, and even more so unguided. Thusfar, Superman has not stepped up to properly train and guide him, and didn't seem likely to any time soon. It was undoubtable that Superboy likely looked up to him, and the cold shoulder on Clark's part was likely to have some ill effects sooner or later. He would have to keep an eye on the boy-- just in case. When was the last time Superman had even been seen? That was something to look into as well. But first, the situation at hand.
(( Blarg, rusty. *flops* ))

Once Connor heard even the slightest bit of the Bat's voice, he tensed and stood straight, looking directly in the Caped Crusader's direction. He hadn't noticed him there before, either because he was too distracted, or because Batman was notoriously good at just appearing places. He kept his eyes on Batman, noticing and observing every move and sound that he made. He seemed angry. Angry at least for Batman.
He could sense that there was distrust between the two of them. He knew that he was pretty much viewed as a risk. A useful risk, but still a risk. He didn't fully understand why. It was part of his conditioning to be good. To live up to the expectations of Superman. To be the next Superman. He not only didn't want to hurt innocents, be mentally couldn't do it. He remained quiet, not wanting to say a word. He wanted to avoid invoking the Bat's parental-esque wrath, if he could.

Wally stopped dead in his tracks, foot only just having touched the second step of the stairs, as Batman appeared from the darkness. He stared up at his best friend's partner, and felt the icy glare send a shiver down his spine, again reminding him how happy he was they Batman was an ally and not some crazed out enemy... He would probably take the entire league to take down. There were no one Wally respected more than Batman. Except for Uncle Berry. Maybe. The yellow clad teen winced as The Dark Knight turned his attention towards his protege. Reports. Wally never did those. Berry would ask him was was up, what had happened on the mission. But.. with the bats it was much more.. professional or platonic in a way. Even if they knew it wasn't. Wally felt for Robin. The Flash would let him easily off the hook when ever he did something wrong (depending on how severe the mistake was of course) and the whole secret identity between allies-thing was never really anything Berry had been a fan of, so that problem wasn't one Wally had to deal with either. But Robin had to. No matter how much they all knew he would love to tell the team his name, he couldn't. Because Bat's said so. And then the young speedsters brain reacts to the Bat's words and has Wally stumbling a reply a second later: "uh.. N-no sir." and with that Wally stepped down the stairs, backwards, eyes not leaving Robin's mentor, to stand at the ends of the staircase not sure what to do with himself, eyes directed towards his fiddling feet. He could feel the cold air coming off the cave's wall making goosebumps appear on his back. ((again sorry it took so long. I really got no excuse D: forgive me?)) ((Now in past tense ))

[[No problem at all, KF. :3 Just make sure to keep posts in the past tense. It keeps the style and flow of the RP constant.]]
