This information was left in the watchtower by a shapeshifter known as Krepta. Little else is known about the woman, but the information left may prove useful. If any other details are known either about the strange creature sightings, or about Krepta herself, please state so here in an orderly fashion. This information will be available to the members of The Justice League, and any other hero who requests it from them.
Objects of Importance
There is a copy of a map of Gotham that has been marked with a great deal of red Xs. They seem to focus in clusters around the the docks of Gotham's bay, but also seem to have a fairly wide radius from it. Other than this, there is not much of a pattern. As well as this, there are some areas circled in blue, but they don't seem to have any pattern at all.
Information
There is a crumpled notebook with various information, but some of it is hard to make out. The following excerpts seem relevant.
"I have no idea where I am, but there's a sleeping dragon here. I think this is Gotham, but something just seems off. I'm not really sure how long I've been out, but it was noon when I blacked out, and it's dark now, so I'm guessing a while. There was some kind of shimmering thing running around in the woods when I first got up. I tried to catch it, but it managed to get away. I got a shred of it's suit, but it's not doing me a hell of a lot of good. No scent.
I thought it was Fae at first, but I've never seen a Fae that wears an outfit like that. There were tubes attached to the thing, but it was wearing a helmet. I couldn't see the face. I feel weird now. Kind of weak. I think I'm going to nap a bit and see if I can get any information out of ol' scaly when he wakes up."
"Well, either ol' scaly woke up on the wrong side of the bed or I'm in serious trouble. The dragon woke up, but it didn't seem to have any semblance of the intelligence it should have. I didn't stick around to chat, but it's almost animalistic. Something is very, very wrong. It doesn't look like he's going to be any help, either way. I have a sinking suspicion that the thing I encountered before is at least partially responsible, both for my appearance here and for what happened to the dragon.
No sign of Sol or the others. I couldn't even find the house. Where ever I am, I don't think this is my Gotham. I couldn't find any record of me either, which means either I never existed, or I have yet to here. I guess it's kind of good-- at least no one's out for my hide here yet. There are more of the dragons though, and I saw a Faerie Dragon the other day. It tried to gas me right off the bat. Somethings wrong with all of them. I have to get to the bottom of this before someone gets hurt."

Charts
There are also various charts detailing seemingly mythical creature's weak points. Many are hand-drawn and hard to make out, obviously scribbled down for Krepta's own reference, but some are a bit easier to read.
Dragons
The dragons I've run into so far are definitely Faerie's dragons, so electricity, telepaths, and all the joints are weak spots. Obviously telepathy is out of the question, but if I can somehow get my hands on a cattle prod and jab one in the right spot, maybe I can stun it. I don't know if there's any way of bringing them back around, but I don't want to hurt any of them. After all, they used to be the good guys.
Faerie Dragons
I only ran into these one or twice back at home, but I realize now how bloody lucky I was. They may look cute, but those little terrors have teeth! They can also breath a gas that makes you kind of loopy-- like the stuff the dentist gives you, but suped up. Thankfully it's not clear, so I can see it, and it's pretty heavy, so it sinks to the ground like dry-ice fog. You're not much good to anyone if you breath it in, but it seems that I can burn it off before it gets to me at least with no ill effects. The Faerie dragons are like the others so far-- no sign of sentience left. I'm not really sure what to do with the ones I capture. Watch out for plants. The smart ones can still use them.
Zires
I've only seen one of these so far, but they don't seem too different. Then again, there wasn't much intelligence there to begin with. They're really just big horse-birds without the wings. I've only seen one so far-- it wasn't really all that aggressive, but I'm sure it would have caused some panic anyhow if any of the locals caught it. I led it to the snazzy side of town's big old woods-- it should still be there when I come back and decide what to do with it. There's plenty of food, so as long as it doesn't wander back out I should be able to find it again without much fuss... I hope none of Gotham's influential decide to go hunting...
